The record

  1. 01

    Scope

Refurbishment and extension of the sports bar, cafe, function room and gaming floor, delivered in two separable portions. Designed by Cayas Architects.

  2. 02

    How we delivered

The gaming floor was staged in three parts so at least 70 per cent of machines stayed live at every stage. Trade access, services tie-ins and gaming compliance were sequenced around the operating venue, with joinery and hospitality finishes matched to the existing fit-out.

  3. 03

    Outcome

Expanded gaming, dining and function capacity, with the club open for the whole programme.
