    Scope

The private gaming room, cashier and reception joinery, amenities and bar, finished with custom broadloom carpet, custom pendant lighting, curved timber joinery, stone benchtops, French wallpapers, timber porthole windows and LED entrance lighting.

    How we delivered

The gaming room was rebuilt in two stages so it kept trading. We stripped and rebuilt half of the gaming room and amenities, opened it, then demolished and rebuilt the rest. For the metal-lined cash office, we built a custom structure so the first stage could open compliant on its date. Trades worked shifts, with extra crew sent up from Brisbane, and finishes were specified marine-grade for the salt air.

    Outcome

Both stages of the gaming room opened on the dates agreed at the start, to a high finish, with the club trading throughout.
