The record

  1. 01

    Scope

Stage 1 refurbished the club's lounge. Stage 2 built a new sports bar, refitted the gaming and cocktail lounge with new bar joinery and feature linings, and replaced the air-conditioning plant. Designed by Cayas Architects.

  2. 02

    How we delivered

Solid hoardings separated the works from the club and were moved as the stages progressed so the gaming area and amenities stayed open. The same site manager ran both stages, and Stage 2 picked up the Stage 1 floor finishes, slab details and beer lines where they left off.

  3. 03

    Outcome

A refreshed lounge, sports bar and gaming floor for a coastal club, delivered across two stages without closing the venue.
