The record

  1. 01

    Scope

Goodwin, Gerald and Donaldson houses, each built as its own contract across the school's boarding precinct, with Donaldson built for the Year 7 boarders. Dormitories, common rooms, bathrooms and pastoral spaces, built to current boarding standards.

  2. 02

    How we delivered

Goodwin was let through a tender and refined with the school before contract. Gerald and Donaldson were negotiated with the school from the start under early contractor involvement. Work was sequenced around term operations and boarder occupancy, with the noisy trades held to holiday breaks and the live boarding areas kept separate from the site.

  3. 03

    Outcome

A boarding precinct rebuilt one house at a time, with boarders in residence throughout and each building handed over for the next intake.
