The record

  1. 01

    Scope

A single-storey golf shop of about 400 square metres within the footprint of the building it replaced, with the retail floor, a swing and putting studio and a covered terrace facing the course. Designed by Archipelago, with a heritage architect advising on how the new building sits beside the club's historic clubhouse.

  2. 02

    How we delivered

The club needed its golf operation back quickly after the fire, so approvals and documentation were fast-tracked and the job was tendered through the club's project manager. We built it beside the operating clubhouse while members and golf traffic moved past the site.

  3. 03

    Outcome

The golf shop is back on its original site, sized for the club's retail and professional golf operations.
