Scope
The first contract rebuilt the ground floor of the operating clubhouse: member amenities and change rooms, a staff room, pro shop, reception and breezeway, the external downstairs areas, and private meeting and function rooms. The second refurbished the Poinciana Bar, central bar, kitchen, Northern Terrace and small dining, rebuilt the Western Deck terrace and stairs, installed a new lift and renewed the Level 1 fascias, gutters, soffits and painting, in two separable portions.

How we delivered
Brought in early on the first contract, we advised on the selection of engineers, contractors and suppliers and fast-tracked decisions on scope, pricing and staging. On-site investigations alongside the engineers tested the design before documentation, and every zone was set up and handed back around the club's operations. The second contract followed the same model, priced through staged cost plans and design options reviewed with the club and architect before it was let.

A clubhouse rebuilt in stages around a trading club, followed by a second contract from the same client.
