Mt Maria College Project

We are excited to highlight the work we’ve done on our latest project at Mt Maria College. The college community is excited by the completion of the building, which features geothermal heating and cooling system, utilising ground temperature to either reject heat in summer or collect heat in winter.

The project features nine new learning spaces for the middle school, including large group presentation spaces and a performing arts area

The Queensland Premier has officially opened the $12m upgrade of the Lions Richlands Football Club, which was completed by Fardoulys Constructions.

The leisure facility has undergone a major transformation which includes a contemporary new restaurant, alfresco dining area, café and wine bar, and a huge 13m TV screen which can simultaneously play 12 sports channels.

Perhaps the most impressive addition however, is the arrival of a bronze lion which travelled 10,000km from the Shaanxi province of China.

Robin Fardoulys AM, Director of Fardoulys Constructions, said the statue weighed in at a whopping 1,000kg.

“It was fantastic to be a part of this project and witness the moment the lion was lifted into its pride of place at the entrance to the Lions Richlands Football Club,” said Mr Fardoulys.

Weighing in at 1,000kg, this new addition was trucked onto the site and carefully guided through the air into its pride of place at the entrance to the club.

The statue will be officially unveiled by Queensland Premier Anastasia Palaszczuk on 29 June 2017.
