I would like to take the opportunity to register my appreciation for the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by Fardoulys Constructions during this contract, and in particular by Russell and Des. Their pro-active role in foreseeing upcoming issues has only been surpassed by their capacity to see solutions and rapidly respond accordingly. The project has been extremely well run, as is readily apparent both in the quality of the built outcome and also in the lack of defects upon completion. Despite a tight project frame this is the shortest defects list I have ever written.

Our company has been working as a painting sub-contractor with Fardoulys Constructions for more than ten years. In this time our companies have developed a great working relationship, so much so, that we contracted Fardoulys Constructions to undertake our ambitious renovation project of The Saddlery Building at the Albion Five-ways. We were very impressed at how smooth the project went and are very proud of the finished product.
